Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application and infrastructure support to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and drive utilization of observability tools.
- Execute policies and procedures to maintain operational stability and system availability.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management for full stack systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to technology and business stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and service restoration.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and technology service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in IT support, technology operations, or systems management.
- Strong knowledge of application and infrastructure management in both on-premises and public cloud environments.
- Proficiency in database management and data handling.
- Skilled in observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with ITIL framework processes.
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Unix Shell or Python; willingness to learn additional languages.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build relationships and achieve team goals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation scripting and advanced programming.
- Practical experience with public cloud environments.
- Familiarity with financial services or equities technology operations is a plus.
