Key Responsibilities
- User Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver live, virtual, and recorded training sessions for CLM users.
- Documentation & Resources: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, instructional videos, and other materials.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for user queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Feedback Analysis: Gather user feedback and convert it into actionable insights for system improvements.
- Workflow Configuration: Collaborate with system administrators to enhance CLM workflows and templates.
- System Monitoring: Track CLM usage and performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Change Management: Support initiatives to drive CLM adoption across departments.
- Process Optimization: Recommend improvements to enhance user experience, adoption, and repository efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with CLM tools such as Evisort, Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Experience in technical support, process improvement, or system adoption roles.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle stages, workflows, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
