Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Source and attract top talent for all EY GDS service lines.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with open requisitions and stakeholder requirements.
- Build high-quality talent pipelines for both technical and leadership roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
- Partner with internal stakeholders and recruitment leadership to identify hiring needs and refine sourcing plans.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to influence strategic hiring decisions.
- Manage relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
Employer Branding & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement innovative programs for employer branding, diversity, and automation in recruitment.
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness, recommend process improvements, and enhance EY’s image in the talent marketplace.
- Track recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to present complex information clearly.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills, particularly with passive candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems using data-driven insights.
- Collaborative, self-starter mindset, curious and creative with a passion for talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and job portals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 7–9 years of total experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in leadership hiring.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other recruitment tools.
