About the Role
As a Senior Security Analyst/Consultant – IAM at EY, you will execute Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects for clients worldwide. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security standards and business strategy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also mentor junior team members, support knowledge sharing, and help identify potential business opportunities and risks within engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, and PingData Sync solutions.
- Configure, install, upgrade, and maintain directory instances and cluster environments.
- Build high-volume, low-latency directory solutions, including network design and server sizing specifications.
- Perform real-time identity synchronization and correlation, integrating data using Ping/VDS Directory.
- Apply automation and scripting for enhanced efficiency and maintainability.
- Support security standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSL/TLS, PKI, and certificate management.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver IAM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive learning culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience with PingDirectory Suite (PingDirectory, Proxy, PingData Sync).
- Implemented migration projects from Oracle LDAP/Radiant Logic to PingDirectory.
- Strong knowledge of directory architecture, administrative configuration, authentication, and authorization patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- IAM and security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure AZ-900.
- Exposure to other Ping products – Ping Federate, Ping Access.
- Experience in developing consumption tools/widgets for applications via Ping Directory API.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
- Strong command over technical and business communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
