Summary

KPMG India is seeking a Senior Analyst – Digital Learning (Instructional Designer) in Bangalore, Karnataka to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role focuses on designing and developing AI-driven eLearning modules, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and other AI technologies to enhance corporate learning. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of instructional design experience, a strong grasp of eLearning authoring tools, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into engaging training content for corporate audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules on AI concepts, including prompt writing and AI tool utilization for business enhancement.
• Create PowerPoint and visual content using AI tools to improve learning design and engagement.
• Collaborate with AI specialists, SMEs, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and organizational alignment.
• Apply pedagogical principles to simplify complex AI topics for corporate learners.
• Continuously update learning materials to reflect rapid advancements in AI technologies.
• Develop assessments to measure learner comprehension and practical application of AI tools.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate instructional design or digital learning.
• Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and prompt writing.
• Strong pedagogical and instructional design skills, translating complex topics into clear eLearning content.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools: Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to create effective assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.

• Prior experience developing training or eLearning content for AI applications.
