Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – Global Learning in Kochi to create visually engaging eLearning modules and digital learning content. This role is ideal for creative professionals with 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, eLearning development, and digital content creation. As part of EY’s Learning & Development team, you will design interactive visuals, animations, and gamified learning experiences, while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs) and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

eLearning & Visual Design

• Develop high-quality eLearning modules, interactive elements, and assessments using Articulate Rise & Storyline 360.
• Produce animations, videos, and visual assets, including complex graphics and illustrations.
• Design sophisticated typographic and layout solutions aligned with EY brand standards.
• Implement gamification strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with SMRs, content owners, and learning professionals to gather requirements and ensure design objectives are met.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on visual storytelling, best practices, and LMS usage.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative digital learning solutions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure visual consistency, functionality, and accessibility compliance.
• Audit design work for brand compliance and maintain design standards across projects.
• Adapt designs in response to feedback and evolving project requirements.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
• Build strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders, providing proactive solutions to design challenges.
• Anticipate project challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, digital content, and eLearning development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise & Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, MS Word, Miro/Mural, and video production tools.
• Foundational understanding of LMS platforms and content management.
• Experience managing multiple design projects and collaborating with clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
