Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Mercury learning content aligned with evidence-based learning standards.
- Redesign existing materials to improve effectiveness and address performance gaps.
- Assess the impact of Mercury training programs and adjust materials for better outcomes.
- Maintain and update learning content, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct quality reviews using EY Design Quality Checklist.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure content is accurately authored.
- Research emerging learning technologies and recommend best practices for adoption.
Skills and Attributes
- Passionate about creating compelling, performance-focused learning experiences.
- Knowledgeable in learning science, instructional design, and digital accessibility standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including scripting for audio/video content.
- Ability to influence and interact with senior business leaders and workstream leads.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, Gen AI, or similar platforms.
- Experience in global, matrixed environments and fast-paced delivery settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or corporate training.
- Demonstrated experience in digital learning design, eLearning authoring, and multimedia production.
- Exposure to change initiatives, learning technologies, and global teams is preferred.
