Key Responsibilities
eLearning Design & Development
- Create and edit self-study programs using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Assist in interactive graphics and animation design for eLearning modules.
- Develop visual assets such as icons, layouts, and narrative graphics aligned with EY’s branding.
- Support video editing and production tasks to enhance learning content.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with content owners, Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), and project teams.
- Assist in applying typography and layout principles to create visually appealing content.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to design solutions and feedback discussions.
Learning Platforms & Quality
- Assist with LMS content management and platform best practices.
- Ensure all visual content meets quality, accessibility, and brand standards.
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback and quality checks.
Professional Growth
- Learn and apply new tools and techniques in eLearning and graphic design.
- Take initiative to develop creative solutions and expand design expertise.
- Seek mentorship and guidance to enhance design and project management skills.

- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Word, whiteboarding tools (Miro/Mural/MS Whiteboard).
- Basic understanding of LMS platforms and content management.
