Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement innovative product visuals and user experiences.
- Execute all stages of visual design, from concept development to final hand-off.
- Conceptualize original design ideas that simplify complex workflows and enhance user experience.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts.
- Deliver mockups, prototypes, style guidelines, iconography, and responsive layouts.
- Support UI development using code snippets, peer programming, and written guidance.
- Present and defend design concepts and milestone deliverables to stakeholders.
- Promote design guidelines, best practices, and industry standards across teams.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, Digital Media, or related field.
- 12+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design and wireframing tools.
- Working knowledge of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript.
- Excellent visual design and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of Material Design components and patterns.
- Open to receiving constructive feedback and iterating designs effectively.
Desirable
- Experience working in global digital design environments.
- Knowledge of design system frameworks and UX research techniques.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and version control for design projects.
