Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the wood coating product portfolio.
- Distributor & Retailer Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and carpenters to ensure repeat business.
- Market Development: Identify new opportunities, expand dealer networks, and strengthen Berger’s presence in the Chennai region.

Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in wood coatings, paints, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client and channel partner relationships.
- Familiarity with wood coating products and applications is a plus.
