Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Veeva CTMS, eTMF, and EDC Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Life Sciences consulting projects.
- Lead end-to-end system configuration to support clinical trial planning, execution, data management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement platform enhancements, and ensure system adoption.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes throughout clinical trial lifecycles.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system usage.
- Provide training and support to client end-users, promoting Veeva best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage vendor relationships for optimal functionality.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CTMS, eTMF, and EDC platforms (3–6 years).
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Veeva systems, clinical trial management, or life sciences consulting.
- Veeva certifications (CTMS, eTMF, EDC) are a plus.
- Experience with clinical trial digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
