Key Responsibilities
As an Instructional Designer – Associate at EY Kochi, your role will include:
- Supporting the design of individual courses and blended learning programs.
- Participating in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) and documenting key points.
- Drafting learning objectives, assessments, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
- Reviewing content against EY Learning Design Quality Checklist.
- Developing deliverables such as storyboards, video scripts, and learning modules.
- Using rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise) for eLearning creation.
- Collaborating with content owners, subject matter reviewers (SMRs), senior IDs, and graphic designers.
- Creating practice questions, assessments, and evaluation tools.
- Continuously improving design speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Actively participating in team meetings and providing input for design improvements.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar rapid authoring tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, global environments.
