Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives & Reporting
- Generate and share accurate dealer-level sales reports for the sales team.
- Assist dealers with sales reports, credit/debit note workings, and scheme communications as per defined timelines.
- Monitor overheads budgets, report discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
Dealer Servicing & Logistics
- Ensure timely delivery of sales aids such as shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits.
- Provide logistics and operational support during unit-level initiatives, activations, and new dealer account openings.
- Assist sales team in gift settlements based on schemes closure.
- Coordinate with HR for employee life cycle activities (joining, transfers, separation).
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reducing time and cost.
- Ensure timely and accurate report sharing to support sales efficiency.
Vendor Management
- Ensure timely clearance of vendor payments as per defined payment terms.
- Monitor pending payments, open goods receipts, and open advances for each vendor.
- Coordinate with vendors for quarterly balance confirmation and outstanding closures.
Statutory & Safety Compliance
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance in offices and warehouses.
- Maintain and display statutory records as applicable.
- Update compliance records in statutory portal (GRC) as per due dates.
- Conduct safety mock drills and submit findings for process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with minimum 50% marks throughout education.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Desired:
- Experience in sales administration, vendor management, or retail support functions.
