Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Project Management
- Drive proposal preparation including E&I cost estimates and technical bid submissions.
- Lead the entire Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) lifecycle for E&I scope.
- Finalize costing strategies, proposal deliverables, and package scope definitions.
- Review and approve procurement requisitions and techno-commercial offers.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
🔹 Construction & Commissioning Management
- Monitor and verify manufacturing progress and construction invoices.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and power-up activities ensuring compliance with project schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of E&I materials and services.
- Provide hands-on support during commissioning and ensure smooth project closeout with clients and suppliers.
🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination & Support
- Provide technical support for other ongoing projects within the organization.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality assurance, and site teams.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports and documentation related to E&I activities.
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing E&I projects within process plants, preferably in the EPC environment.
- Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, analyzers, and control room systems.
- Hands-on experience with HV/LV substation equipment design, procurement, testing, and erection.
- Thorough understanding of HSE regulations related to electrical and instrumentation work.
- Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.

- Familiarity with electrical and instrumentation codes and standards applicable to hazardous areas.
- Knowledge of key E&I vendors, suppliers, and current market costs.
