Key Responsibilities
As a Director – HR Transformation, you will:
- Define and drive the HR Transformation strategy, aligning with business goals and technology trends.
- Lead product roadmaps for AI-powered HR solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Partner with AI/ML engineers and consultants to integrate LLMs, transformers, and automation into HR processes.
- Provide strategic HR advisory services, including organization design, workforce strategy, and change management.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and business functions.
- Manage end-to-end bids, tender documentation, and client deliverables.
- Oversee budgeting, commercial negotiations, and business development opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of scalable HR solutions within Agile/Scrum environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in HR Transformation consulting and advisory.
- Strong foundation in Node.js, Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 9–12 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in product management and prior experience as a software engineer.
- Proven experience in AI-driven HR transformation projects.
- Strong track record in consulting, business development, and leadership roles.
