Key Responsibilities
- Align regional priorities with Global Agent Specialist and ensure consistent communication.
- Provide technical expertise to regional clients for designing and implementing agent-based solutions.
- Collaborate with regional product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and integrate with existing systems.
- Support best practices in Agentic Systems architecture, performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to advance Agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop prototypes, blueprints, and demos for education and training across the region.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to technical white papers on Agentic AI implementations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered Agentic solutions.
- Expertise in developing, training, and deploying ML and Generative AI models, including evaluation and optimization techniques.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to financial services or regulated industries.
- Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistical methods).
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience in financial services or banking.
