Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years leading teams in complex technical domains.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, coding frameworks, and technical processes.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and other programming languages.
- Advanced experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and innovation across multiple teams.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and recognizing top engineering talent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Finance and Treasury products.
- Experience in BI, AI/ML solutions, and collaboration with data scientists.
