Role Overview
As a Director – Workday within Deloitte’s HR Transformation team, you will:
- Lead Workday-driven HR transformation programs and HR strategy initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver value and exceed expectations.
- Drive organizational change, process improvement, and HR innovation using Workday solutions.
- Mentor and guide teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage client relationships and support HR transformation strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to solve complex HR challenges.
Project Leadership
- Lead the execution of HR transformation initiatives and Workday module implementations.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of deliverables, proposals, and HR transformation roadmaps.
- Oversee financial health of projects and ensure value delivery.
Strategy & Innovation
- Provide strategic insights to clients and drive the development of innovative HR solutions.
- Apply design thinking and structured methodologies to HR transformation challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting (management consulting firms) and/or industry HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience in Workday implementations and HR lifecycle transformations.
- Strong record in mentoring, team leadership, and HR practice building.

- Base Location: Delhi CEC, PAN India travel as required.
