Key Responsibilities
As a Director – GenAI, you will:
- Lead strategic vision and execution of generative AI initiatives across Deloitte and client organizations.
- Drive innovation using LLMs, generative AI models, and related AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions and frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify AI opportunities and develop tailored AI strategies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, governance, and compliance across all GenAI projects.
- Build and mentor high-performing AI teams, including data scientists, engineers, and ML experts.
- Represent Deloitte as a thought leader in AI at industry forums, conferences, and through publications.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive business growth via AI service offerings.
Skills & Expertise
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in Python and programming for AI applications.
- Deep knowledge of NLP, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI infrastructure.
- Proven AI strategy development and execution skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commitment to responsible AI, ethics, and compliance in all projects.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with significant exposure to generative AI and LLMs.
