📋 Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site deskside IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software in accordance with company standards.
- Offer AV/IT support during meetings, conferences, and video calls.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets in the ITSM system, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with OEMs and authorized service providers for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
- Maintain and update the IT Asset Register, managing allocation and de-allocation of equipment.
- Support internal and external IT audits by providing accurate asset and incident data.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines for ticket resolution and user satisfaction.

- Diploma or Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in deskside or end-user IT support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, IT asset management, and MS Office.
- Experience with AV support, ITSM tools, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
