Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Windows desktop provisioning platforms.
• Develop C# (.NET/WPF) applications and PowerShell automation scripts to enhance provisioning workflows.
• Architect secure, automated deployment pipelines, integrating Intune Autopilot and SCCM solutions.
• Create reusable code modules and tools to facilitate faster device provisioning and management.
• Implement telemetry solutions (Power BI, Intune data) for real-time monitoring of deployment health and performance.
• Lead L4 escalations and perform root-cause analysis for complex desktop provisioning issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Network, Procurement, and Service Operations teams.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, architecture standards, and security protocols.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support system operations and knowledge transfer.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced Development Skills: Proven experience developing production-grade applications using .NET (WPF) and PowerShell scripting.
• Desktop Management Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDM, GPO, and policy enforcement at scale.
• Windows OS Internals: Strong knowledge of Windows APIs, Entra ID, Conditional Access, device identity, and authentication flows.
• Source Control Mastery: Experience with GitHub or equivalent for version control, branch management, and code reviews.
• Automation and Troubleshooting: Advanced diagnostic skills and systematic L4 troubleshooting across Windows 11, BitLocker, M365 apps, browsers, and supporting infrastructure.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral English, ability to produce clear designs, stakeholder updates, and technical documentation.
• Collaboration: Work effectively across global teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in desktop provisioning or engineering roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and support large-scale enterprise IT solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
