Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Support digital product teams (PODs) to execute multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce and enterprise tools.
- Analyze and document workflows, enrichments, and business processes for client solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering and advise stakeholders on scope and options for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal IT partners and vendors to define technical and client-specific requirements.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies (scrum calls, backlog refinements, sprint reviews).
- Oversee change management activities, including knowledge transfer and “train the trainer” sessions.
- Ensure smooth resolution of operational issues and keep business teams updated.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce or Copado experience with enterprise-level teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (demand prioritization, sprint planning, delivery).
- Experience with global, cross-functional initiatives in multicultural, multilingual settings.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to thrive in globally distributed teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in technology, business, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant tracks).
- Experience with Miro or similar collaboration tools.
- Exposure to industrial/manufacturing software segments.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and present structured solutions.
