Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce B2B Commerce Development
- Work on complex Salesforce B2B Commerce projects for large-scale clients.
- Customize Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze) features including checkout flows, pricing rules, order management, and buyer management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, specifications, and project timelines.
- Provide technical solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
- E-Commerce & Testing
- Conduct testing for key B2B e-commerce functionalities: search & browse, product catalog, promotions, checkout workflows, and cross-browser validation.
- Apply Agile methodologies and use tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Data Validation & CRM Integration
- Write SQL queries to test and validate complex business scenarios.
- Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce B2B Commerce and Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud architecture, data models, and extensions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.
