Responsibilities

🔹 Structural & Civil Design Leadership

• Design and analyze heavy industrial steel structures including SMS, converter shops, slab casters, blast furnaces, and stock houses.
• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC foundations, receiving pits, silos, bunkers, chimneys, pump houses, and electrical buildings.
• Lead dynamic analysis of machine foundations and precast building design projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation adhering to client specifications and regulatory codes.

🔹 Project Collaboration & Compliance

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including production, quality, and client engineering.
• Ensure all designs comply with Indian and international standards and codes of practice.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, reports, and calculations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimation related to structural components and foundations.

🔹 Technology & Innovation

• Utilize advanced structural analysis software such as ANSYS and Nastran for complex modeling and simulation.
• Recommend design improvements and innovations to optimize structure performance and cost-efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Essential Qualifications

• Full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech).
• Proven experience (5-20 years) in design and analysis of steel and RCC structures for heavy industrial plants and mining infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international structural codes and standards.

✅ Technical Skills

• Expertise in structural design software: ANSYS, Nastran, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in foundation design and dynamic analysis.
• Familiarity with precast building techniques and construction engineering principles.
