Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR transformation and advisory programs across clients in multiple industries.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, innovation, and improved HR outcomes.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and report creation to support HR strategy and program execution.
- Oversee the development and delivery of HR operating models, shared services, and EX initiatives.
- Support functional design and implementation of HR technology platforms.
- Guide teams to execute day-to-day plans, manage risks, and ensure milestone delivery.
- Contribute to practice building, business development, and internal HR transformation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and real-time applications in processes, technology, and employee experience programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of HR transformation concepts, HR life cycle, and HR operating models.
- Expertise in HR efficiency programs, ROI measurement, and process improvement.
- Proficient in functional design, HR technology systems, and experience-based platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver under pressure.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and consulting engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s in Business, HR, Economics, IT, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, or related field.
- 13–15 years’ experience in consulting (top-tier management consulting firms) and/or industry HR roles.
- Proven track record in design thinking, structured methodologies, and HR transformation projects.
- Industry experience preferred in Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Consumer, and Manufacturing sectors.
