Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – PLCS Telebinding, you will:
- Lead and manage telebinding sales activities across all business-defined channels within the assigned geography
- Set goals, recruit, train, and motivate a team of Personal Loan Officers (PLOs) to consistently achieve sales targets
- Monitor key business metrics, team productivity, and portfolio performance, driving corrective actions as needed
- Maintain strong process discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards
- Resolve customer escalations and queries related to products and processes efficiently
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce.com to track leads, sales activities, and team performance
- Foster a culture of ownership, integrity, and high motivation within the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to boost sales effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA in Finance/Marketing or related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2-3 years in lending and telebinding sales preferred
- Proven team leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at relationship management across all business levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer escalations effectively
- High motivation, self-starter attitude, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.com
