Kroll is hiring a Processor for SOC Support Services in Mumbai, India to join our InfoSec Security Operations Center (SOC) team. This role focuses on security monitoring, incident response, and escalation management within a 24×7 SOC environment. Key Responsibilities
SOC Monitoring & Incident Management
- Monitor security tools for potential malicious activity.
- Provide incident logging, notification, and escalation via ServiceNow, email, and phone.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and document recommendations in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
IT & Network Operations
- Work with multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain awareness of information security best practices for systems and user devices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in preparing security documentation and incident reports.
- Maintain and update Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and data mapping records.
- Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and other security frameworks (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, SOC support, or Active Directory management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows Server (2003–2012), Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS), MS Office, and file-sharing applications.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI model, IPv4/IPv6.
- Basic knowledge of user and security groups in Active Directory.
- Strong customer service orientation with prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CDM, ICS directives.
- CCNA or other networking/security certifications.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT, MCA, MSc in Computers or IT.
