Key Responsibilities

As a Vice President – Investment Specialist (US Equities), you will lead the India-based investment team and drive high-impact portfolio initiatives:

• Lead and oversee a team of 12 members, fostering collaboration, performance, and skill development.
• Prepare and deliver strategy presentations with in-depth portfolio analytics, market positioning, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to respond to client requirements using strong product knowledge.
• Support the Investment Solutions team by providing data-driven insights and portfolio recommendations.
• Create customized client presentations and communication materials highlighting key market and investment themes.
• Conduct portfolio data analysis to guide strategic investment decisions.
• Manage ad-hoc reporting and data requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution of organizational objectives and improve business processes.
• Communicate market trends, product strategies, and performance updates to stakeholders globally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in financial markets, preferably within Asset Management or Equities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, portfolio management, and asset allocation principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
