Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead the development of computer system validation solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA).
- Oversee product and sustenance delivery, driving technical excellence through your team.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to mitigate delivery risks and ensure technology expertise.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards to deliver quality, compliant solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards across all project phases.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation to build reusable components and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV), including GxP, FDA regulations, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Experience with Argus, Veeva, and compliance & assurance services within life sciences or pharmaceutical environments.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in complex regulated projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or solution delivery in regulated industries.
