Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Team Lead – Change Management Operate at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of analysts/associates delivering learning solutions.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training content (eLearning, ILT, simulations, job aids).
- Define acceptance criteria for learning products and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate with advisory teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to align training with business needs.
- Conduct quality reviews of learning materials, ensuring alignment with Deloitte standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science (mandatory).
- 5–8 years of work experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Instructional Design and learning material development.
- Strong project management skills from initiation to delivery.
- Ability to analyze data and measure learning effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s / MBA / PGDM in Business Administration.
- Exposure to organizational change management, digital transformation, or learning strategy.
- Experience with authoring tools, LMS platforms, graphic design, or video editing software.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
