Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate structural drawings and design documentation for large-scale developments.
- Conduct design feasibility studies and value engineering to optimize cost, safety, and timelines.
- Ensure structural design compliance with IS codes, National Building Code (NBC), and global standards.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors for seamless integration across disciplines.
- Review and provide input on peer consultant designs, and resolve site-related structural queries.
- Drive structural modeling and analysis using advanced tools like ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
- Offer practical value engineering suggestions to enhance project efficiency without compromising quality.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep knowledge of structural design principles for high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
- Mastery of software tools: ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent collaboration skills with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Hands-on experience with urban real estate and infrastructure projects is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- A Master’s degree (M.Tech in Structural Engineering) is preferred.
- 12–14 years of structural design experience, with exposure to high-rise and large-scale real estate projects.
