  • Architect, design, develop, and deploy robust Windchill PLM solutions to optimize aerospace product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Customize Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and configure integrations with ThingWorx, REST APIs, and Web Services.
  • Implement advanced Windchill customizations such as Listeners, Rule Algorithms, Validators, Workflows, Lifecycle Management, and Security ACLs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams β€” engineering, IT, manufacturing, and quality β€” to align PLM capabilities with business goals.
  • Lead Windchill system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning using agile project management principles.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework) to ensure PLM solution reliability.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement risk management strategies to secure PLM environments.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training for Windchill users and development teams.
  • Stay updated on latest Windchill features and industry best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.
  • Document all configurations, customizations, and workflows clearly for compliance and future reference.
  • Integrate Lean and Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development, customization, and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
  • Deep understanding of PLM concepts, aerospace product development, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience with Windchill APIs, Web Services, and RESTful integrations.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies to promote adaptive development and process efficiency.
