πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) line setup and production validation for generators and converters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on the shop floor.
  • Conduct self-inspection of components and assemblies per blueprints, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Operate and handle heavy machinery including cranes and Maini equipment safely.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, policies, and production standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen events and 5S workplace organization.
  • Perform chemical handling and measurement according to defined procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as Lift Plans, Management of Change (MOC), EHS Risk Assessments, and Heat Maps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and process standards.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing industries, preferably with generator and converter manufacturing.
  • Solid knowledge of stator and rotor assembly processes and VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards with active participation in plant EHS programs.
  • Experience in digital tools and document preparation for quality and safety compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies including Kaizen and 5S.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
