Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
- Lead management of client relationships and oversee delivery of advisory engagements.
- Align project outcomes with client objectives and strategic priorities.
2. Project Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Support Agile/Scrum practices; Scrum Master or Product Owner experience is advantageous.
3. Proposal Development & Solution Design
- Prepare compelling client proposals and presentations using industry insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to design innovative, client-focused solutions in aviation, travel, and hospitality.
4. Industry Expertise & Advisory
- Maintain strong knowledge of aviation, travel, and hospitality industry trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on sector-specific insights.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in client organizations.
5. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to internal initiatives for service enhancement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Consulting experience with exposure to aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong project management and client engagement capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital transformation projects in aviation, travel, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, data analysis tools, and industry-specific software.
Years of Experience: 4+ years
Education Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
