Key Responsibilities
HSE Compliance Assurance
- Conduct comprehensive HSE compliance audits and inspections across ADNOC Onshore facilities
- Verify adherence to ADNOC HSE policies, local and international regulatory standards
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Risk Assessment & Monitoring
- Perform detailed risk assessments for operational activities and processes
- Monitor implementation of risk mitigation plans and safety controls
- Support management in continuous improvement of HSE performance
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit detailed HSE compliance reports, audit findings, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Ensure documentation meets ADNOC standards and regulatory requirements
Training & Awareness
- Support the development and delivery of HSE training programs focused on compliance and safety culture
- Promote HSE awareness across operational teams to reinforce safe working practices
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE compliance frameworks and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Proven ability to conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments in industrial or oil & gas settings
- Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH Certification, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE compliance and assurance in oil & gas or industrial sectors
- Fluent in English; additional language skills advantageous
