Key Responsibilities
- Expand Marine insurance business with existing and new clients, ensuring strong client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and collaborators.
- Identify and pursue new product and service opportunities within the Marine insurance sector.
- Collaborate with Sales and Servicing teams to drive client retention, growth, and profitability.
- Build and promote a domain knowledge-based sales culture within the Marine insurance practice.
- Provide 100% support on all Marine insurance proposals and client engagements.
- Mentor and lead team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client and internal stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- IRDAI Licentiate Certificate mandatory.
- Additional insurance or professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of work experience, including 5+ years in Marine insurance.
