Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of domestic and multinational P&C clients.
  • Implement client retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies to maximize portfolio growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide technical guidance on RFQs, QCRs, bespoke coverages, and risk management solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Relationship Managers and Account Executives.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through team coaching and performance management.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal risk engineering teams for strategic client solutions.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Eligibility
