Key Responsibilities
Claims Processing & Delivery:
- Maintain productivity at 100% and quality above 99.5%.
- Deliver all standard units of production within stipulated timelines.
- Manage assigned portfolios and flag concerns promptly to Line Manager.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal company policies.
- Maintain data security standards as per WTW Information Security policies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Communicate updates, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and flexible shift requirements.
Business & Process Adherence:
- Develop sound understanding of business processes and systems.
