About the Role
EY is hiring for Insurance NewgenONE CCM Senior positions in Bengaluru (open to candidates across India). These roles focus on leading, designing, and developing enterprise-grade solutions using the NewgenONE product suite for Insurance and CCM (Customer Communication Management) platforms.
Two career paths are available:
- NewgenONE Architect / Technical Lead (7–10 years)
- NewgenONE Senior Designer & Developer (4–7 years)
Key Responsibilities
For Architect / Technical Lead (7–10 years experience):
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of NewgenONE-based projects.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide teams, enforce best practices, and conduct code & security reviews.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex workflows for performance and reliability.
- Keep updated with Newgen platform advancements and recommend adoption strategies.
For Senior Designer & Developer (4–7 years experience):
- Design and configure NewgenONE ECM solutions (OmniDocs, Workdesk, Admin Console, Omniscan).
- Define architecture, workflows, and taxonomy for enterprise solutions.
- Develop integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, SQL, and web technologies.
- Support solution implementation and ensure compliance with security & quality standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have (for both roles):
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on expertise with NewgenONE ECM and BPM platforms.
- Knowledge of OmniDocs, Workdesk, Automation Studio, Outlook plugins, WOPI, AskMarvin.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.
- Experience in workflow automation, document management, and ECM migration tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
