Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions, including journal entries and portfolio accounting.
- Prepare and review performance reports and financial statements for private equity and hedge fund portfolios.
- Take ownership of cash and securities reconciliations, resolving discrepancies accurately and promptly.
- Monitor aged or significant reconciliation breaks and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager.
- Identify fund operational issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 0–3 years of accounting or fund administration experience.
- Experience with accounting applications is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a team-oriented approach.
