Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with all process-related policies, guidelines, and SLAs.
- Execute financial processes such as Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, and Fees efficiently.
- Perform Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, supporting secondary trading desk operations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and first point of contact for internal process-related queries.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, borrowers, and trustees to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Track and follow up on notifications and missing documentation from agents or customers.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of all collateral and loan documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Understanding of business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loan structures across industries.
- Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills to analyze large data sets.
- Ability to manage clients, build partnerships, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, peers, and internal teams.
- Awareness of issues requiring prompt escalation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with product lifecycles and area product management.
