Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and oversee Net Asset Value (NAV) files, ensuring premium client service and strong relationships with investment managers.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of hedge fund accounting, administration, and fund documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with investment operations, reconciliations, shareholder services, and financial reporting teams to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on information received from supporting functions.
- Produce timely and accurate NAVs, respond to client queries, generate ad hoc reports, and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with the new business team.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, reducing operational risk and enhancing service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (GPA 3.2 or higher preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional, proactive, and positive approach to work.
