  • Manage project timelines, bug fixes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including coding, integration, testing, and validation.
  • Document software tools and methods ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing technical leadership and risk mitigation during development.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with 5-6 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using C++ and APDL.
  • Strong foundation in structural analysis physics, mechanical simulation, and geometry modeling.
  • Proficient in mechanical simulation software such as ANSYS or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience with composites modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, define problems clearly, and creatively deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
