Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale web application architectures, including data representation, integration, and component design.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for scalable enterprise applications.
- Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code, ensuring robust functionality across devices and browsers.
- Monitor project progress and quality, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and due diligence to ensure solutions comply with architecture standards.
- Maintain software across the product lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and bug fixes.
- Optimize application performance and implement modern front-end best practices.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of UI architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO, LDAP, SSL).
- Proficiency in unit testing tools such as Karma, Jasmine, or Protractor.
- Familiarity with code versioning (Git) and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capability to evaluate software packages, create RFPs, and support vendor selection.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of JavaScript development experience with 2+ years in ReactJS production development.
- 4+ years in web development with experience in UI/UX architecture.
- Proficiency in ReactJS core principles and popular workflows (Redux).
- Experience with front-end tools such as Webpack, NPM, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Angular 2+, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech like AI/ML or IoT.
- Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, OAuth, SSL integration.
- Hands-on experience with scalable product design and front-end libraries.
