By combining design thinking, data analytics, and cutting-edge technology, DEC enhances customer experience and enables business transformation. The multidisciplinary team includes developers, UX designers, data scientists, and product managers collaborating to create high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Develop, test, and deploy backend components with secure coding practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build high-performing digital solutions.
• Write well-documented, structured, and optimized code.
• Integrate APIs and web services (REST, JSON).
• Propose and implement feature enhancements and performance optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs within project timelines.
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in AngularJS or ReactJS, Java/.NET, and at least one major database.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Familiar with API design, architecture, and testing.
• Knowledge of Node.js (preferred).
• Experience using GIT and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in enterprise-grade applications or digital platform development.
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, or Cloud-native environments.

Work Environment

• Location: Bengaluru, India
