📋 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks.
- Implement server-side logic, database integration, and API services for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on fullstack best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure development efficiency.
🧱 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
🎓 Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech or Post Graduation in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Node.js Fullstack development.
- Prior experience in enterprise software, web applications, or SaaS platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices is an advantage.
