About the Role
As a Senior Manager in EY’s Cyber Risk Compliance and Resilience team, you will be a key driver of client and internal projects, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance on cybersecurity risk, compliance, and resilience solutions. You’ll lead client engagements, manage teams, and ensure EY’s standards of quality, innovation, and trust are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define, develop, and implement go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity risk and compliance solutions.
- Lead sales opportunity qualification, proposal development, RFP responses, and SoW drafting for enterprise and cloud security solutions.
- Drive overall growth strategy for EY’s Cybersecurity practice, including new products, solutions, and automation initiatives.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisitions to strengthen the service offering.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring delivery of value and horizontal growth in accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated cybersecurity, risk, and compliance solutions.
- Support refinement of service delivery methodology, solution frameworks, and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor direct and indirect reporting professionals.
- Build a positive learning culture and foster knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Coach junior team members on technical, commercial, and consulting skills.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Expertise in Cyber Risk, Compliance, and Resilience including governance, operating models, and transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise and cloud security architecture, solutioning, and service delivery.
- Proven success in collaborative sales, working across multiple cyber, digital, and business functions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HITRUST, CCPA, FISMA/FEDRAMP, COBIT, OWASP, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR.
- Cybersecurity domains: Cyber Strategy & Governance, Cyber Transformation, Cyber Cost Optimization, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Application Security, Threat Modeling, Vendor Risk Management.
- Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Willingness to travel and flex work timings as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience; 10+ years in enterprise and cloud security architecture & solutioning.
- Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Project Management Skills and experience leading large-scale cyber risk engagements is a plus.
