Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership
- Co-lead the Analytics & AI practice, driving delivery, operations, and growth outcomes.
- Shape practice strategy, define KPIs, and ensure operational excellence.
- Foster innovation by developing reusable AI/Analytics assets and GenAI solutions.
Client Engagement
- Serve as trusted advisor and delivery lead for global client engagements.
- Partner with Deloitte member firms to understand requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Lead high-impact presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.
Innovation & Solution Delivery
- Design, deploy, and scale AI/ML, predictive analytics, and GenAI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build reusable analytics accelerators, solution IPs, and AI frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and AI ethics frameworks.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 40–50 analytics professionals, building future leaders.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor delivery metrics such as utilization, on-time delivery, and quality.
- Implement best practices in AI/Analytics project management.
- Drive operational improvements to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12–14 years in Data Analytics, AI/ML, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience in managing large analytics teams and client relationships in global delivery contexts.
- Hands-on expertise with tools and platforms: Python, SQL, Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, ML frameworks, and LLMs.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions, analytics accelerators, and IP.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with M&A lifecycle analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Prior exposure to global consulting or professional services environments.
- Qualification in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning is a plus.
