📋 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend Java applications for client-facing solutions.
- Implement REST APIs, microservices, and database interactions using SQL and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalable software.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure robust solutions.
- Follow Agile software development lifecycle practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
🧱 Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, API development, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Angular, or React is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
🎓 Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech or Postgraduate in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
