Responsibilities
As a Senior Growth Architect – BCG X, you will:
- Develop and implement growth strategies across marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-service.
- Own key project modules within client engagements, directly shaping outcomes.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies using a test-and-learn approach.
- Lead multi-channel marketing execution using paid media, SEO/ASO, SEM, social media, email, and influencer campaigns.
- Define and track KPIs such as CAC, ROI, LTV, retention, and unit economics to measure success.
- Collaborate with BCG teams to scale digital products and services for B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide insights on marketing measurement models such as MMM, AB testing, and web/app analytics.
- Present strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders and client executives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in digital growth marketing, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of growth tools: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, HubSpot, Salesforce, Optimizely, Amplitude.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Analytics platforms, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer.
- Ability to define and track marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROMI).
- Strong leadership and project management skills in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, digital marketing, or management.
- Proven track record in growth marketing, customer acquisition, and scaling digital businesses.
- Experience in B2C or B2B marketing for digital products/services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous consulting or professional services experience is highly desirable.
